This software is adapted from our unique NUMBER PLATE making software that is supplied throughout the U.K. to customers of AutoXtra Limited. Customers may select from options to "DESIGN A PLATE" on-line before proceeding with their purchase via our secure server.
Plates are manufactured within our premises in Scotland and shipped with YOUR PERSONALISED PACKAGING. Obviously to stay within the law, AutoXtra will need to invoice and receive payment for each order direct from the customer. Each order placed in YOUR SHOP will be copied directly upon placement via email to you. Your unique website address will be for your sole use, all orders placed via the PLATE MAKER will be sent by email direct to AutoXtra with a simultaneous copy to your own email account. You receive 25% of all net sales that come from your site. AutoXtra will send the customer a confirmation that the order has been dispatched with a copy direct to your own email account. All correspondence with the customer will be handled by YOU, with an email account established on the site, to forward any contact to your own email account.
It will be your responsibility to inform AutoXtra of any unique or relevant issues. The site will be hosted and maintained on our own dedicated servers with In-House technical expertise at all times.
Since
March 2003 it has become Mandatory that all Number Plate
suppliers in ENGLAND & WALES register as a "Supplier"
with the DVLA. Upon
registration you must then obtain Original documentary
evidence before a customer may purchase a Number Plate.
Proof of identity and Proof of ownership of entitlement.
As
only ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS are allowable it has become virtually
impossible to sell number plates online.... until
now! We
will host YOUR SHOP on the www and with our IT partners
ensure that your on~line presence meets your corporate
image and objectives.
