my own words
I am first and foremost a musician. I have been playing drums since the age of ten but feel it's an ongoing education that always has new boundaries to be pushed. I'm also a guitarist and pianist producing music commercially from studios near London, UK and in Prague, Czech Republic, where I happily live. How I came to play with certain artists and musicians can be traced back to recognising or having an instinct for opportunities when they have been in front of me. So many artists have been hugely influential to my approach as an instrumentalist. What I have learnt from them is incalculable. We've played on many albums for various artists around Europe and beyond. Some successful, some not. All of them worth it. The most significant thing I have learnt is the importance or quest for growth as a musician. This is why I still regard myself as a student of music... my fascination for different genres and disciplines never wavers.
some of my influences include
James Taylor, Bruce Hornsby, Sting and The Eagles.
in closing
I am very happy with my life and my musical journey continues. If you've a project you'd like me to be involved with whether playing an instrument or producing, do not hesitate to email me, click here.
